Our objective is to explore the creative medium of watercolor. Watercolor topics we will cover in-depth include materials, blending, color mixing, color theory, layering, transparency, and techniques to highlight and enhance your paintings. 

We will meet weekly on Thursdays at the House Of Orange Gallery from 5 PM.- 630 PM. Beginning, intermediate, and professional painters are all welcome. This is a fundamental course designed for beginners. Experienced watercolor students are welcome to join the fun and learn new techniques. This semi-private class is limited to five students. All materials are provided! This course was created for adults and teens. Kids under 12 are welcome to attend with an adult.

*If you can't make one of the scheduled dates in the term, you will be allowed a make-up class the following month. We are artists, therefore flexible. Don't let a schedule conflict prevent you from joining the fun!

Instructor Greg Scott, local artist/illustrator. Greg completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Visual Communication, at Northwest College of Art and Design, majoring in illustration and entertainment art. Greg has been an artist all of his life and began teaching others professionally just after the COVID-19 pandemic.
