Earth and Ocean Festival
Discover the dynamic link between art and nature in Cannon Beach, Oregon, as the town unites for the Earth & Ocean Arts Festival September 20 - 22, 2024. This vibrant festival will showcase the wonders of the natural world and inspire a spirit of environmental stewardship through gallery exhibits, and a variety of interactive events.
Artists have the unique job of inspiring people to care about an issue. The driving force behind the work runs deep, and during the Earth and Ocean Arts Festival we don't just stop at just creating art. Artists are using their resources to support organizations that are actively working for conservation by donating a portion of sales generated during the biennial festival. In this day and age, cash flow is crucial to accomplishing change. Here in Cannon Beach, OR when a piece of art is purchased, galleries and artists are united to ensure that money circulates to important non-profits.
The Earth & Ocean Arts Festival also serves as a vital fundraiser for five important North Oregon Coast-based environmental non-profits, including the North Coast Land Conservancy, the Wildlife Center of the North Coast, Friends of Haystack Rock, Sea Turtles Forever, and Friends of Cape Falcon Marine Reserve. Saturday meet with environmental non-profit representatives at their booths to explore the exciting opportunities that inspire collaborative action and positive impact.
